Heidi Schoewald

Heidi loves being able to help people with pain and injuries. She believes that, like people put maintenance into their cars, it’s important to put maintenance into our body and mind. Her favorite parts of the body to work on are the back, hips, and forearms. She employs a style that’s a hybrid between sports, trigger point, and relaxation. She enjoys working very specifically in focused areas of pain using broad movements at first to loosen the muscle, then working slowly and methodically to target the deeper individual fibers. She enjoys getting into know the people she works on, to get a better understanding of their life and what they might need. Heidi looks forward to meeting you and working together to decrease your pain, and get you back to being your best self.
